Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY.
We have a strict 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days
after the date of purchasing your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition
that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original
packaging. You'll also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are not subject to reimbursement. In addition, you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning any product. We recommend that you return your product to us with a tracked shipping method. We will not be able to refund product that we have not received.
Each return is subject to a $20 handling and administration fee.
In the event of suspicion of misuse of the 30 Day guarantee we reserve all rights to cancel the 30 Day guarantee without question.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods,
custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDS.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and
let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be
automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember
it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process
and post the refund too.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS.
Generally speaking we do not accept "change of mind" returns on any item
on this site, however depending on the period between the purchase date
and when you first reached out we maybe able to offer a 'buyback' option,
however this is on a case by case basis only and we can only offer a
'buyback quote' once the item has been sent back to us, unused and in the
original packaging and in a 'resalable' condition.
We can offer for the item to be sent back through our carrier or you may
opt to use your own. In both cases the customer must carry the cost to
return the item back to us for "change of mind" returns.
